occult blood in faeces and other signs?

Hello I have been on the physicians and hospital.In the past 2 weeks I've had my heart bleed when defecates in bright red paper and faeces, stomach pain, cramps, gas and now I have developed a tonsil infection and sent me home with penicillin that have a sigmoidscopy morning too.I had a blood test and urine test that both came back clear / normal'm very concerned I feel like I did a test today mourn fecal occult blood and im confused with the outcome of the test window has a T at the bottom and C on the top line of purple has appeared only in T C, but is not this still a good thing? If so, I think I have colon cancer, along with all these symptoms im only 23 years swith girl breaking January 1 my heart to think he might die soon

The bright red blood is probably just hemorrhoids. Do not worry, the test will be the worst. Unless need for surgery to take them. I had a colonoscopy which was worse, and preparing for in any way. Good Luck really doubt that is cancer.
