Help me out?
Ok, this is REALLY embarrasing, and i wanted to ask your oppinions before going to a doctor, But today i pooped…and it was hard as hell and hurt alot. but the poop was small and round…(EWE I KNOW)
i was wondering if that is from a bad diet, or colon cancer, or anything major, to the point of me actually going to see a doctor…I know its gross…But i need help…And no jokes please…my poop has been like this for a few weeks, and i hardly poop unless is round things..not alot..
and no i have not changed my diet…so i dont know why this is happening..
also, when i …went to clean after pooping, there was light red on the thing…ya

Maybe you should eat more veggies and fruits:)

My firend, try eating salads more often. Roughage is good for the system. Also, you should see your, or at least call and talk to the nurse. They will know if it is something you should be seen for, or just constipation and hard stool.
