colon bowel cancer

I bowel / colon cancer?

I have a pain in my anus every time I sit for long periods, I thought nothing of it because I've had IBS for many years, but I was thinking that it can allocate for colon cancer? my bowel movements are the same as usual, sometimes I'm constipated. I have suffered a bit of stress lately and have started working in the gym in the lower regions much more often, but I'm not sure if this has anything to do with this? went to the doctor last week and told me that my anus is probably more sensitive than others, but I'm still worried I have booked an appointment with another doctor for a week time, but wondered if anyone has any other tips

Is the pain like a sharp stabbing sensation? If so, I get that too. It's called proctalgia fleeting. I heard that many times you can go along with IBS. I have bowel problems too, so I've read in a long, lol. And constipation is a normal part of cause I'm paranoid that way. At this point, does not sound like something serious to me. But if you notice any bloody stools or anything abnormal, go see your doctor and that can perform some tests on you.
