Acai Berry Detox Diet Colon Detox + Nature? Does it work?
I am thinking of buying free trials for both, but I wondered if they work and how the speed, the results are, and basically what to expect from them. Former and current diet only please. (people who have tested the product-or something similar)
Well, I "bought" a free trial too. I found that they were very expensive after the free time had finished. Automatically bill the credit card. And shipping is expensive. I'm afraid I have not had the amazing results they promised. Neither my friends who tried it. Some felt like it helped some and not others, but none had the amazing results they promised. And did I mention it was too expensive? Yes, but it's worth mentioning again. You can probably get similar products cheaper in a store or health food store near you and save on the cost the product and the expensive shipping and handling charges. Keep the colon clean is important, but if you drink lots of water and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and fiber receiving of whole grains and other foods, then you have to worry about it. And if you want a colon cleanse, including pharmacies and department stores at prices much cheaper bring those and so good. Acai berries and acai berry products have in them are harder to find, but some stores carry them or you can get them online cheaper than what you see. You can get a book on detoxification and cleansing of any library or bookstore. There are several ways very well without having to spending much money. I squeeze a little lemon juice in a cup of hot water every morning or the use of apple cider vinegar instead of lemon. Start healthy eating or going to a fast first and then start eating healthy. My favorite is the vegetable and fruit juice for a few days (drinking lots of water and herbal tea) and then start with salads, vegetables, lean meat. Once again - there are plenty of good books and often women's magazines and health magazines have articles on it. Good luck to you!
